As of right now she gets up at 4:00 am and goes potty. Then we go to sleep for like 3-4 more hours. Will she ever be able to get up at like 7:00 am in the future once she has more bowel control?

Of course. it takes time to adjust. It also depends on what time you put her out last at night.

Of course. My dog is 1 year now. I leave at 8am and return at 5pm she is there all day, but when i get home she goes potty. She doesn't do it in the house at all. Try teaching her with treats, very small treats cause she is small. Try to lessen her water a tad unless she hassels then give her a little more. Teach her the word potty (or peepee) let her know that it is done outside. Praise her, tell her she is a good girl for going potty outside. Dogs do know what you are saying. :)

Nope. My canines (which I introduced abode at 2 months old) did no longer sleep previous 5 am till he grow to be fairly much a three hundred and sixty 5 days old. domestic canines have little bladders and could would desire to get rid of extra frequently. My boyfriend and that i took turns each and each nighttime doing "domestic dog accountability". We had a comedian tale for a whilst: why have a baby once you have got a domestic dog using fact that's a similar situation. I do recommend crate coaching. canines instinctively won't get rid of in a crate using fact is their den (abode). save the crate on your mattress room so which you will pay attention the domestic dog whine whilst it desires to pass out (additionally enables with bonding). i will pray for you. One domestic dog grow to be sufficient yet 2 on a similar time takes an extremely specific guy or woman.

Yes - I believe so. My 2 great danes usually start waking me up by 7am and they're in the house by 9pm so they go like 10 hrs they're a like a year and a 1/2 old but when they were puppies they would go in the night. They get more controll w/ age just like kids.

Yes, one day you will get good sleep again. I have always said having a puppy is like having a baby. Just make sure and I am sure you already now let her out just before you go to bed. Give it a few more month and you should be fine. Good luck.

Yes, she will sleep longer as her bladder develops better control... it may also be that she is a little hypoglycemic (a common issue in Yorkies), but that should also work itself out as she ages. You need to condition her appropriately, too, like having her be quiet for longer and longer periods and positively reinforcing this.

Take her out after her last drink. Dogs sleep 90% of the time so she will let you sleep late and will be able to go all night with no disturbances when she's older.

Don't worry, it just take a little time for the puppy to adjust to a schedule. Once it does adjust, you should be able to get more sleep.

yes eventually she'll let you sleep unless she absolutely has to go. The best thing to do is get her used to going outside to go to the bathroom right before you go to bed and then she'll learn to leave you alone until you get up.
