Personally I wouldnt be to bothered. I used to work for a company that developed antibodies, as such we developed a lot of models for research into things like HIV and cancer. This touched upon the use of animals and a lot of people I know did not like where I worked. I personally belived in what we were doing as our work went towards finding cures and developing drugs that save lifes! It did not bother me other people didnt like it! We just agreed to disagree, at the end of the day it is still a job and that is all! As long as it pays the bills whats the fuss?

No, they probably wouldn't like to be told that. Where they work, whether they like the job or not, is a part of their life and they are likely to take a comment like that personal. They can put their place of employment down (they have that right), but they would probably be offended if someone else did.
