If a person likes to keep the bathroom door open, no matter what he is doing! (yes, even #2!) and his family is home. And he likes to walk around the house in his tighty white underware, even around his daughter! He won't even put pants on for a photo for a photo in the house. What's this person's problem?

He is either insecure and needs the attention or has other needs like the need to show dominance over other family members, i.e. he behaves like this because he can and no one can stop him. He may also feel the need to show his body off but I bet not.

This could be either dumbassticity or possibly rectal-cranial inversion (head-up-***). Either case this behavioral anomaly indicates diminished mental capacity accompanied by social apathy or developmental terminus. Usually intense psychiatric care is needed to correct this syndrome. Also be aware that this condition can raise its ugly head at almost any time... even after treatment. GOOD LUCK

Sounds like he don't give a crap about anything. Maybe he's afraid to shut the bathroom door. The underwear thing he is just plain lazy.
