I am getting 1.19 cups (about 1 1/4 cups). another website says there are 125 gms of all purpose flour in a cup, if you divide by 100gms, you get exactly 1.25 cups.

1x Rounded (NOT HEAPED) Dessert Spoon =10g, so just measure 10 of them!
FYI - 1 x Rounded Teaspoon = 5g
1 x Rounded Dessert Spoon = 10g
1 x Rounded Table Spoon = 15g
All Spoons must be rounded not heaped for these guidelines!
