wat she acting weirder and weirder?

me and my gf now are together for abt more than 2 months only.. we r not realli together yet.. but i told her i liked her and she asked me to wait for her coz she got an important exam this yr.. and she hopes tat i wont change my feelings towards her.. so we are counted as couples already rite.. but whenever i said "i love u" to her.. she nvr reply with a "i love u too" or anything.. instead she jus sometimes muaks or jus keep quiet.. is she shy or wat??
besides tat, she talks less now than before.. all she can talk abt is her movies and studies.. i tot i was wrong here so i went deeper into our relationship.. i asked some private question abt gbr(girl boy relationship).. and she normally replies with long answers but now she onli leave wit short msges and says she wanna study or anything and ask me to msg l8r.. why is she like this? is she changing her feelings towards me?? i realli liked her!!
besides.. wat else shud i know abt my gf.. other than those usual things??

i dont really no but it sound like to me shes reallyy into her studies so just be patient with her and ask her why she never says i love u too
