Well I know i am eating right, I play tennis for 2 hours daily, get 8-9 hours of sleep, have breaks on weekends,

Is there in vitamine that helps, medtation, breathing technique, food, etc... that can help

Take a multivitamin every day or ask your health food store for some iron supplements. They should help you pick up your energy level.

hmmm you should be feeling very well. I would say get more protien in your diet.
