can somebody whose case has been denied in usa, and is able to get to canada, start a new case there? are they going to check if he has lived in usa and what are the consequences?

Suppose you could try Canada, but whats the basis for Asylum ? LOL

the way i see it if you were denied in the usa they sure the hell are not going to want you here
and by the way you had better have a damn good reason for wanting asyslum in canada because its not that easy to get
and yes canada will know you have lived in usa and you will probley denied entering at any border
