if you mean the outer skin - or just inside. i'd put a dab of vaseline on and rub it in. it's non irritating,the best for intense moisture and healing.

You might try Ocean Spray nasal spray,its a saline solution that is over the counter. My son uses it to keep his sinus tract moist.Recommended by his dr.

Use saline drops, they sell them everywhere. There is a brand called Ayr and another called Ocean they are in the cold section of drug stores or walmart.

Take a hot steamy shower and then use the nose spray.....the vapors and steam from the shower will work great at moistening the nose.
