i am a american girl with a russian boyfriend.. he is here in texas going to school and it is now time for him to go back to moscow. he wants me to go and live there with him for 2 years and we will return.. How easy is it for an american to live there. what would i need? I dont speak russian very well at all, so i would have to rely on him and his family.. is it worth the chance and leaving my job here to go there for him. We love eachother, and i cant picture life without him.. I do not have kids or any tie downs here but i think it would be hard for me and my family for me to leave for that long.. what would you do? We know we want to be married. We are both 24. He has to return in order to qualify for a work visa so he can work here in the states.. but it would take a couple years for that to happen.. what should i do.. is 2 years a long time to leave family..? i know lot of people do things like this, he left his for 2 years to come here.. i need some advise.. thanks..

every relationship has challenges

go with him, leave your family for a while anyway you can call them through phone or via internet, you've said that he will just arrange some stuffs to have work in the US and stay there, haven't you think of his sacrifice about his family in Russia, so now its your turn to give him a chance to be with his family and also for you to meet and get to know your in-laws
