Opalesences. You get it from your dentist but use it at home. They make you custom molded trays that fit your teeth to put the bleach in. The whole process of the molds and a month's supply is only $50. I used it for 2 1/2 weeks and saw a 5 shade difference.

I used the Crest Premium White Strips for 7 days you will see results in usually 3-days. They are a little pricey but so worth it if you want Great results-now some have said they did not work on them, but they have for me. My dentist was so impressed at my last visit he thought I had been seeing someone else and having treatments done. I also use Colgate Tooth whitening in the Paste form only Paste. Dentist said it was the toughest out there right now and I maybe should try and Herbal once in a while to cut down on any senitivity I might have. I use the cheaper Crest white strips Classics in between-if I eat anything that could stain my teeth.The teeth are the first thing I usually look at when I look at a person, old habit I can't help!

are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be followed. details
