No, they were not. Dinosaurs died off 65 million years ago, likely as a result of a meteor impact (although this is certainly not for certain).
Humans have only existed for about 1 million years.
The only people who say otherwise are cartoons like the Flinstones and radical fringe creationists. While I'm not criticizing your religious faith, I think it's far to say that you may be mis-interpreting scripture. Without delving into modern controversies, a good historical example of this would be the 'curse of ham', that black people are cursed with both black skin and into slavery because ham saw his father noah in the nude.
Of course, if you believe dogmatically that your reading is correct, then you probably also believe in the curse of ham and I have wasted my words trying to rationalize with a zealot.
