A few of these, very well... And a few, not so much...
I read better in some and speak better in others and without occasional dialog, I forget things, so I am always in the process learning and re learning.
English
Italian (A butchered, Brooklyn slang version of Sicilian)
Latin (some reading, some speaking)
German (Mostly reading)
Japanese (Almost fluently) I need help with Kanji sometimes.
French (simple conversational)
Dutch (a little more than French)
Ancient Aramaic. (some reading, some speaking.)
Some Greek (Mostly reading)
some Hebrew (Mostly reading)
A few of the Cyrillic type languages I can maneuver through.
Elfish... (I know its not a real language but I can speak it so.)

I speak English as my native language and I am studying Spanish. One day I would like to learn all the languages of my heritage: Gaelic, Ojibwe, French, German... I even want to learn Hmong. I have a lot of Hmong friends and it would be fun to be able to talk to them in their own language.
My friends and family think I'm nuts for wanting to learn so many languages.
Oh, and Latin too. I want to learn Latin since it's the basis for so many other languages. Arabic would also be nice, so I could understand my bellydance songs on my own, and to read the Qu'ran the way it's supposed to be read. (I want to read the Torah, the Bible, and the Qu'ran the way they were written. I realize I would probably have to learn Hebrew and possibly Greek to do that.)
