Because of stronger family or tribal affiliations, the society had moral values like brotherhood as supreme of its characteristics but due to new social setup and economic constraints one has lesser time for and lesser dependence on society.In the past these affiliations were strong but presently this affiliation have become weaker in many society particularly in the West but in the other areas this bond is still stronger. It is social and economic impulses might force people to re-establish stronger tribal or family.The most significant boding force could be religion but they are far away from their sources in terms of time as such are not capable to create an international fraternity.However there is message of hope in all the religious books that ultimately the mankind shall be united into one global fraternity,due to efforts of promised Messiah or Imam Mahdi, Buddha or another name but mission and expected accomplishments are to unite the mankind in an international brotherhood.

In the bible it started with Cain and Able Cain was jealous of Able. able turned the other cheek and did not fight back as Gods command I believe in the future if we learn to turn the cheek and stop our envy of one another( and the TV doesnt help us with that)we can all be peace lovingJews Christians Muslims and all we were meant to be that way
