You would lose weight... about 2 lbs (minimum, not including any water loss) unless you're a very young, small child.
The cereal is about 150 calories per cup and if you have 1 cup of whole milk that's 190 calories.
Calories per meal = 340 calories
3 meals = 1020 calories.
1020 calories per day is low.
You'll end up losing weight.
Using the website below,
For a woman, 60 in tall (5 ft), 110 lbs leading a sedentary lifestyle (working behind a desk); you need 1320 calories a day to maintain.
At 1020 calories, you're losing about 1 lb a week body fat.
After two weeks, you'd expect to lose a minimum of 2 lbs which doesn't include any water loss.

if u were to cut out the lucky charms, just eat raisan bran, AND work out, u'd probably lose weight. raisan bran has a lot of fiber which helps u feel full and ose weight, and the carbs in it would give u energy to work out.

No doubt in my mind, you would lose weight. Especially if you only had a cup per serving. A cup of cereal is nothing!!! You would definetly be under your recommended daily calorie needs.

You would probably lose some weight--5+ lbs, but you would probably also plateau due to a lack of proper nutrition. Fruits, vegetables, fats, etc would be missing and your body may freak out. If you stick to the sugary cereal--your teeth may freak out too...

I think you would lose weight. What about added milk? .....And would the hospital continue to serve you the same meals after you got really sick the first week?

Depending on how much you weighed, you would probably lose 5-10 pounds. If you do this, make sure you take vitamins and supplements so you get all of your required daily intakes.

you'd lose weight, but I think you'd get tired of eating the same ol' stuff for two weeks, and probably be cranky and mean to everyone you see.
