I don't eat meat, but I do workout and take Amino Acid. What are some good things to do to gain muscle mass? I am really skinny and don't need to loose weight. I just want to be TOTALLY toned up.

Don't be afraid ot lift weights! A lot of weomen worry that they will get too bulky lifting weights, but that is rarely a problem. Weightliftinh will help boost your metabolism and increase your bone mass - which is always a goo thing for women!

Lifting weights is the best but power yoga and Pilates are also very good.
