It can take up to 6 months for an extraction site to fully heal.

There is suppose to be a gap if the tooth was pulled. You will eventually forget the gap is even there. The wisdom teeth are so far back that you really don't even need them. Quit freaking out.

It took several months for the gaps to fill in for me. You are fine. I know it feels weird, but you will get used to it. You only need to worry if there is bleeding or signs of infection.

The 3rd molars will not be filled in.It's ok.When these teeth grown differently,it has to removed.They are non-functional anyway.So its alright.And because they're far back,normally the bristles of the toothbrush can't reach it so it could be a source too of cavities.Wisdom teeth are removed because they can be cause of infection,pericoronitis,perio problems,just to name a few.
