....ALSO, online, on th IRS site, the 1040EZ form features two pages...can anyone tell me if I need to send both or just the first one? the second seems to contain only some information regarding filing your tax and some table....

Staple the W2's and no you do not need to send the 2nd page

When the IRS uses the word attach they mean to staple it together. Do not use any other method because your papers can get lost and will frustrate the person processing your return and they could set it aside until they get done with the easier return to input.

As far as the 1040-EZ goes if the back page does not pertain to you, do not send it in.

To attach your W-2, staple it on.

The first page is the 1040EZ, the second page is instructions and you don't need to send those.

Any way you want to. Most folks don't need any more detailed instrucions and reach for the stapler as an impulse reaction.

You've listed the choices. But you forgot to list Crazy Glue as a choice.
