Walk for thirty minutes a day. It can even be broken up in 2 sets of 15 minutes or 3 sets of 10 minutes if you don't have the time. Start off slowly to help build up your stamina. Eventually you will want to step it up a pace to the point where it would be difficult to have a conversation while walking. Get that blood flowing and the heart pumping. Push ups, squats, and crunches will help build muscle that will help you burn more calories. Change your diet. The food you are eating may be keeping you from losing weight, especially foods and beverages with high fructose corn syrup in them. This is important because if you still eat the same way after you lose your goal weight, you will just put it back on. Cleanse your organs that help you eliminate the waste products in your body(liver, bladder, kidney, and colon cleanse). Drink 64 oz of water throughout the day. This will help your body eliminate toxins and waste more efficiently and it will also make you feel full. Remember, what goes in your body should also come out. I started my diet a little over 4 months ago and have lost 38 pounds and have kept it off. I have so much more energy and I feel great. You can try this site. It has a lot of information about toxins that enter the body by the foods we eat. It also has some links to sites where you can purchase all natural organ cleansers, vitamins and diet supplements to help you stay healthy and fit. Good luck!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

Try FOOD COMBINING. The best part about this diet is that it is culturally friendly around the world and there is NO CALORIE COUNTING.
Limiting the number of times you have starch per day will mobilise your fat deposits. Eating protein in the evening will satiate your hunger.

Breaklfast Fruit (no bananas)

Lunch Starch e.g. cereal, rice, pasta (no meat)
with salad and vegetables

Dinner Protein e.g. meat, chicken, eggs,
fish, nuts and seeds
with salad and vegetables

exercise and cut down on caloric intake. start by walking if you have never exercised before, but see a doctor if you have medical problems or extremely overweight before you start. also cut down on fat and starchy food like bread cereal. eat more bran food higher in fiber and protein they keep you satisfied longer.
