Sounds a little like the Pot calling the Kettle black?
Christ said that He was not sent here to judge the world. Therefore, Christians are NOT to judge - which is exactly what you are doing, are you not?
The Christian's role is to love all of God's creatures, and God's role is to do the judging. When a Christian sees that a fellow brother/sister in Christ is stumbling, then it is their responsibility to bring that brethren back into the fold - back to proper alignment with God.
So, as the Bible says: (a)
" And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye."
So, as much as you are critical of those who spout off that they are Christians, bear in mind that in America and a few other countries, freedom of religion is such that many falsely claim association with Christianity because it currently is an easy thing to claim without repercussions. If a sudden swell of death to Christians were to occur tommorrow, then the goats would most certainly be separated from the sheep, and many of those you criticize would be found out. But unless you can see into their hearts, for now, just love them, pray for them, and if you have contact with some of these people, then it is your responsibility to speak with them and make them aware of their erroneous ways.
Please hear my answer in the context by which it was offered; with love and concern.

I dont know about all Christians but I do know that both my sisters sho claim to be christians ( one is married to a vicar ) are the biggest hipocrites I know.
They ignore most of the family and then say that families come first. One turned up 3 hours late for my sons first birthday and the other didnt turn up at all with no phone call, card or present!!!
It is really sad as the values and morals that they are supposed to live by are good. I personally am Muslim which again has the same morals and standards of living.
I wish that they would both practice what they preach. Their excuses for ignoring family is that they cant be perfect all the time!
What a cop out.

Interesting choice of words "biggest" and "hipocrites". I guess you mean "hypocrites".
After the church service the pastor was greeting the visitors and members. One visitor told him, "Pastor, I would like to become a member of this church but there are too many hypocrites in the church." To which the pastor replied, "That's all right, we can always make space for one more."
Why do others judge Christians and are then offended when Christians judge them? And yes, NON-CHRISTIANS use the mis-quote, "Judge not" but fail to read the very next phrase.
But you are correct. Many Christains who know what is required of them find ways to justify their wrong behaviour.

Nah...I think Christians just seem like the biggest hypocrites because they're the loudest. We've all had our hypocritcal moments. Some Christians just go out of their way to impose their beliefs on others. The same can be said for other religions as well. I do see your point though. I just take solace in the fact that whatever people do in the dark, will eventually come to light. It's always hilarious when religious hypocrites get caught doing things they're supposedly against. Sometimes life can be so funny. I love it when any holier than thou person gets exposed for the idiot they really are.

I think there are hypocrites everywhere, including within the Christian faith. However, keep in mind that Christian hypocrisy in the end times is predicted by the Apostles John, Peter and Paul. Read Jesus' letter to the Laodiceans in Revelation 3:14-22 -- He describes Himself as being OUTSIDE the end-times Church, knocking and begging to be let inside. What does this tell you?

this can be the case. Societies ordinarily do not want a savior, they're speedy as an instance on them. it style of feels resembling the biblical "sheep between wolves" analogy. at present if Christ back he may be branded a heretic by ability of the church, condemmed as a cult chief, and watched by ability of the tabliods like the Heaven's Gate cult. Why may everyone be indignant by ability of a Santa hat?

There are quite a few who would like to think of themselves as Christian, I agree. They live their life anything but though, as you say. Very disturbing. This is the result of the once saved always saved doctrine and the liberal garbage put out by the Progressives in every denomination.

I suppose we are all hipocrites in some way. Afterall, whether u live according to 1000000 laws and rules and whether u live according to 2, u would fail sometime. If you fail with 1 point or fail with 1000 points, u fail. Who's worthy then of pointing a finger if we all fail?

I agree. Some of my Christian friends take Christianity the way they think it should be. and then all these new congregations coming up with weird rituals... not a very nice picture, unfortunately :(

St Paul called himself the first among sinners. Orthodox Christians call themselves the first among sinners just before they receive Communion. So yes, as a Christian I do admit that I am a big hypocrite. I'm sorry if that disappoints you - I'm trying to do better.
