I heard Jesus is going to come I wht to know wht he is going to tell to us , and after that it’s the end of human life?

No one knows when he is coming the bible says he will come "like a thief in the night", so it will be completely unexpected. He is going to rapture the church, and then the tribulation will begin. It won't be the end of human life when he comes, though. There will the the tribulation, and then 1000 years of peace on earth with Him, before he unleashes the Beast again, thats when it ends.

Not one person knows the hour or minute when the son of man will come, it will be just like any other day. Those who are faithful to him he will bring to his kingdom Heaven. Those who were not worthy of him he will condemn into Hell the place of the devil where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Those who were not worthy he will tell 'I never knew you" and those who were worthy he will take with him to live forever more. Basically yes it is the end of human life. Jesus (God) will come on a day that is just the same as every other day and burn the whole Earth. The faithful go with him, the unfaithful go with the devil. No, it's not the end of human life. It's the beginning of a period of time called The Millenium. That will last 1000 years. When Jesus comes back it will happen after a 7 year period called the Great Tribulation.
If you read Zechariah 14. Brace yourself when you read that. He doesn't fool around.

He's coming in 2012, and he's going to ask us why we're still worshipping him nearly 2000 years after his death. And then the earth will be ripped apart by earthquakes, destroying all life apart from 30 people who will be on a space station. They will return to Eath and recolonise it.
It's as good a theory as any.
