I noticed you have asked questions in both the "Women's Health" and the "Cats" section.
Since you are neither a Woman or a Cat, yet insisted on tinkering around in those sections, you are a hypocrite for complaining about atheists posting in the R&S section.
This is a forum ABOUT religion, NOT a religious forum. Why can't some religious people grasp that simple fact?

Which atheist? What I'm tired of is the incapacity of people to use the plural form of the noun.
Here's the thing: If you look at the title of the section you may notice that it says "Religion & Spirituality," and not solely "Religion." This means that the discussion is a bit broader than you might like, and yet, since it's a public forum, all are invited.
It would appear that you'd prefer to have a room into which only those people with whom you agree would be invited. This may offer some comfort, but you'd be limiting your chances to learn.
If you like, take a look at the "Resolved Questions" section for a very rich collection of responses to your question.

Because we are tired of grown adults insisting on believing that there's a big, scary entity living in the sky, and teaching it to their children, and demanding that it be taught in the public schools and their commandments posted in public places. Religion has caused a lot of misery throughout the ages, and Christianity has been right at the forefront of most of it for the last 2000 years. Islam is doing a great job catching up with them, so I have no love for Muslims, either. Religion never made anyone sane.
Also, since Christians are always saying that THEIR religion is not really a religion, "It's a relationship with God," then I have to wonder--what are THEY doing in the religion section? Being hypocrites, as usual?

You don't need to be religious in order to be spiritual. Hence the title of the section is Religion AND Spirituality.

Tinker? I never tinker.
A maiden did this tinker meet and to him boldly say
Oh sure my kettle hath much need, if you will pass my way.
She took the tinker by the hand and led him to her door.
Says she, my kettle I will show and you can clout it sure.
For patching and plugging is his delight
He hammers away both by day and by night.
Fair maid says he, your kettle's cracked,
The cause is plainly told.
There hath so many nails been drove,
That mine own could not take hold.

Atheists were created by God, even if they chose not to believe that- maybe if we stopped asking these type of questions and showed them the true love of Christ they would not be atheists anymore- remember C.S. Lewis was an atheist before He came to know the Lord- if we are the only believers that atheists communicate with- we need to share with them.

You sound cranky today. I must apologize for neglecting to contact you before I started posting in this section. However, I have been posting here for quite a while, I like it, and am reluctant to leave. What I am trying to say is this: Deal with it.

You're tired of the fact that they provide valid challenges to Christianity that the believers have difficulty responding to.

Funny. Do you also think that only kings and queens are allowed to write in the royalty section?
