ok when i walk up to a 13 yr old girl (at church) tonight what do i say. i like her. im 13 also. see i figure i just want to be friends cuz my parents don't let me date anyways. so how do i make it seem that i don't want a girlfriend but i want a friend who i can hang with, joke with, you know a best friend kind of friend.
so my question is "what should i say to her to get her to be my friend?" i know her name is sarah (i asked her last week) she is like an inch or so shorter than me.

Well, ask her if you could be friends. And if she agrees, then that's it!! You're friends.
Be nice to her and then you'll get along together, you can joke with her & hand out with her.

When you see her again, just say "hello Sarah, how is school going" and keep on the conversation, then end up with getting phone number or ask her directly if she would like to hang out one of this days, and go on slowly and see what happens.
