This time last year I had a nice body and weighed 118 lbs. because I was working two jobs and was constantly moving. I now weigh 140 lbs. because I've slowed down a lot since last year and quitting smoking didn't really help. I'm on a strict workout schedule: I do three sets of ten push-ups and crunches (increased by two every week) and walk/power-walk/jog on my treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour every night after dinner. I'd like to have a nice body by the time my 21st birthday comes around on May 16th and thought a dietary supplement like Hydrocut could help. My boyfriend sings all kinds of praises about it as he has taken it before and it helped him out a lot. He says it's the only pill he'd approve of me taking for losing weight and gaining muscle. Any thoughts?

Hydroxycut is not as effective as it used to be, although it will give you some energy to help sustain your workouts. With that in mind, you do have to exercise while taking it to get the results you are looking for. What happens when you reach your goal weight and you don't take the pill anymore and you still eat the same way you have eating? You will more than likely put all of the weight back on. A change of diet is necessary if you want to lose weight and keep it off for good. Most diet pills will work as a temporary fix. If you want something permanent you have to change your diet and educate yourself about the kinds of foods that you are putting in your body. maintain your workout routine but all you need to do is walk for thirty minutes a day. It can even be broken up in 2 sets of 15 minutes or 3 sets of 10 minutes if you don't have the time. Start off slowly to help build up your stamina. Eventually you will want to step it up a pace to the point where it would be difficult to have a conversation while walking. Get that blood flowing and the heart pumping. Push ups, squats, and crunches will help build muscle that will help you burn more calories. For better results, push your body to the limit on crunches. Keep going until you cannot do anymore and give your body 48 hours to recover while still maintaining your walking routine until you reach your goal weight. You can then cut down to a body maintenance exercise(same routine about three times a week) Once again, change your diet! The food you are eating may be keeping you from losing weight, especially foods and beverages with high fructose corn syrup in them. This is important because if you still eat the same way after you lose your goal weight, you will just put it back on. Cleanse your organs that help you eliminate the waste products in your body(liver, bladder, kidney, and colon cleanse). Drink 64 oz of water throughout the day. This will help your body eliminate toxins and waste more efficiently and it will also make you feel full. Remember, what goes in your body should also come out. I started my diet a little over 4 months ago and have lost 38 pounds and have kept it off. I have so much more energy and I feel great. You can try this site. It has a lot of information about toxins that enter the body by the foods we eat. It also has some links to sites where you can purchase all natural organ cleansers, vitamins and all natural diet supplements to help you stay healthy and fit. Hope this helps. Good luck!

NO!!!!!!!!!!! Hydroxycut stopped working once ephedrine was banned.
That's the only reason hydroxy was great before, because of the ephedrine stimulant.
Don't waste your money on any diet pills they are crap.
People only bought them before for the ephedrine.
Just don't eat more than 1400 calories keep body moving, even jumping rope for just 2 minutes gets heart racing that will cause fat burn the more your heart is racing the more fat is burning.
Just clean, laundry vacuum anything that causes you to sweat DO IT. You were super skinny before because you kept your body always moving.
Repeat that!

the only way it helps you is if you exercise while taking it. it is not a miracle lose wt pill. It is intended to give you energy while u workout so you can push yourself a lil harder. i wouldnt recommend taking it forever though just unti you get to your ideal size and weight and then try to go for it on your own
