Yes. I often drink red cabbage juice, which is a rich source of L-Glutamine,(an amino acid),it has been proven to be of value in assisting in and even curing peptic ulcers.
It also is a very powerful anti-carcinogenic. I incorporate its use in the Alkalarian lifestyle that I have been pursuing for about 4 years now.
Can't go wrong with cabbage.(caution,High Sulphur content)...you know what that means...

Am I missing something here? I just checked for the meanings of 'cabbage' and got only one meaning , something about a thick leafy vegetable often formed as heads. And no, I don't like it. But what does this have to do with "Religion and Spirituality"?

Creamed cabbage with salt & nutmeg is good. So is cabbage cooked with corned beef and that "shrimp & crab boil" spice stuff.
