Oh my God that is horrible. Isnt that called bullying and Harrassment? I would definately contact a lawyer in your area to discuss it. He may suggest you try to solve the problem directly through the school system first just to she "you've done all that you could" before deciding to seek legal action. That teacher must feel really insecure about himself and his career to choose to pick on a little girl

As a former teacher, I know that this is unethical and inappropriate behavior. My advise would be to request a conference with the teacher and the principal to discuss these issues. Be sure to have documentation or proof of your accusations. Do not request the conference through the teacher, but through the main office - the principal or sec will set up the conference with the teacher. This gives you a bit more leverage than if it was just you and the teacher. If it is truly a problem, try to get her into another teacher's class or if all else fails, take it to the school board and see if you can transfer schools. This should only be done if she really wants it though, as most of the school year has passed (at least where I live). Start with the conference and go from there.

I have three children and also taught school for 8 years; as a result, I recognized that we all need to realize that just because our child tells us something is happening does not make it so!
NO CHILD WOULD EVER EXAGGERATE OR LIE; I hope you don't believe that

Proverbs 18:17 ¶ He that is first in his own cause seemeth just; but his neighbour cometh and searcheth him.

Any man may, in the first instance, can make out a fair tale, because he has the choice of circumstances and arguments.
He that speaks first will be sure to tell a straight story, and relate that only which makes for him, and put the best color he can upon it, so that his cause shall appear good, whether it really be so or no. One-sided statements are not reliable.

Search for the truth first before acussing. We must therefore remember that we have two ears, to hear both sides before we give judgment. You would be amazed at what children have told teachers about parents

I went interior the direction of a similar factor. the popular ladies constantly made me experience like the extraordinary ball. Made me experience like crap. I surely dont think of pulling her out if college might make it extra clever if the wear is being finished out of faculty. Why substitute colleges? Are those ladies gonna substitute their citizens? No! So only have her stay there. each and every thing will ultimately die down. Ask her what's it it extremely is bothering them approximately her and vise versa. only attempt to unravel it using fact the school isn't assisting any. So be large mom lol yet I do desire her stable success in her classes feels like she have been given mixed up with the incorrect crowd yet she has to handle this difficulty like a large lady & enable them to nicely known they won't run over right here anymore.
