Birthday on Feb 29?

It's possible in Korea, where people usually count their ages according to lunar calender. A person is already 1-year-old by the time she/he is born, then another 1 year is automatically added on the new years day. For example, let's assume a person's birthday is December 30th, and her/his full age is 29-year-old. Once she/he comes to Korea, her/his age is considered as 30-year-old (in Korean age). If she/he comes to Korea on December 30th, she/he will turn into 31-year-old on new year's day!

He must live on a planet where the length of time of a day is comparible to the length of time of a year (like Venus*).

PS: It has nothing to do with a leap-year - that wouldn't make sense. The person would still not be two years older in two days time unless a day = a year!

* A Venusian day is 243 Earth days and a Venusian year is 225 Earth days, so a Venusian day is about one and two twentyfifths of a Venusian year (day = 1.08years). This is close enough such that, in two days on venus you are about two venusian-years older.
