If so, how did you start the healing process? What signs did you have that you knew you had a problem?

Beginning to feel like that myself.
A healthy diet, proper rest habits, exercise will go a long ways in helping with recovery. Identifying the issue or issues that are wearing you down and working towards a resolution for those will be important. Good Luck
