New York, Orlando and Buffalo are cities in the UNited States. The only one of those cities that is canadian is Toronto.

If you want to go shopping, go to Elmwood Avenue. It's my favorite place to shop and they have tons of local boutiques. If you want chain stores, then go to the Galleria Mall (http://www.waldengalleria.com/ though what's the point in visiting Buffalo if you're going to shop in chain stores? Buffalo's economy is very much based on locally-owned business, which is what makes it so unique. Stop by Everything Elmwood. They have a lot of merchandise you won't find anywhere else and prices are low.
