I have had a lifelong problem with migraines. I am on daily meds for it. The problem is every time I try to go off my birth control pills they get way worst and constant. I dont want to stay on the pill forever. Has anyone experienced this and how long will it last, its already been 2 weeks

Could it be that you have been under extra stress lately and have other symptoms as well, such as fatigue and exhaustion, irritability, moodiness and depression, heart palpiltations and dizziness, inability to concentrate, grainy and sandy feeling eyes, sore mouth, lips and tongue, cracked and flaking skin around your finger nails ???

If so, you need to increase your intake of the multivitamin B complex group. Go get yourself some multivitamin B complex supplements from the chemist. Just ask the chemist for advice on which brand would be a good one to buy. Avoid synthetic supplements, very hard to digest.

In times of increased stress we need to increase our intake of the B group of vitamins.

You should get fairly quick relief by doing this.

I am on meds for them too. I have to watch what I eat because some food trigger migraines. Back a fews years ago I had a stroke caused by me migraine. I will double up on my meds if I feel I am getting one real bad. I would call the Dr and ask him what can be done to keep them down. I would research migraines. That is what I did. I keep a log of what I eat and when I get them. So I can compare what I ate to when I got them.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
