First, how much weight do you ' need' to loose ? Is it for good physical health, or more physiological? Have you ever had a major surgery? There is still that healing process that may take weeks ! Since your answer is not made public through this site, do you shower or bathe each morning? Try this; get out of bed, put on some loose comfortable clothing and go outside. Walk out to the sidewalk, look both ways, and cross the street. Now, it wasn't that bad, was it ? Now you can bathe. Do exactly the same thing every day for ten days, and I guarantee you will begin to loose!

Lose weight = burn more calories then you consume.

If you are busy, try walking more places, walk around a building or something during a ten minute break, between classes (or meetings or whatever) take the long way instead of straight there to sit around waiting for everyone else. Climb the stairs instead of elevators. Find a 10 minute routine of pilates or a short walk at night or the morning (or any other 10 minutes you have). Goggle desk exercises (I know there are a lot, I cant think of any off hand though) and perform them while working.

Since you cant exercise much, watch what you eat. Cut out extra calories (eat when you are hungry, not when you want to eat). Drink water, it helps hunger. Eat healthier snacks with fewer calories and more vitamins.

squeeze in 10 minute workouts. they're just as effective. now, here is some other tips that you'll just have to get use to. park furthest away from your office/work everyday. same when shopping (if you feel safe). i go shopping after we eat out to walk off some calories. just go in and look around if you have to. incorporate water into your life. this is major. water increases you metabolism in every way and gives you energy. the majority of people don't even know that they are dehydrated. dehydration leads to false hunger pangs.
