If you can't find it in your supermarket (most carry it, but I've seen a few that don't), you can try going to one of the fancier markets that specialize in international fruits, veggies, cheeses, etc. It will be a little more expensive, but it's going to be worth it!

In your supermarket, either close to the cottage cheese/yogurt or in the "cheese display" that may be near the Deli. It's usually in a tub, much like the spreadable cream cheese. It's a yummy cheese!!! :)

You should be able to find it in the dairy section near the cream cheese. IF you can't find it, most times you can substitute cream cheese in it's place.

I live in Chicago and the big supermarkets don't carry it. I have to go to the upscale market to find it. I'm sure that will change, but if you have a gourmet market in your town, try there.

at gourmet stores; if you're in the philippines, santi's i think have it.
