Jesus name actually is based on the prophecies in the Old Testament.

"I shall see him,but not know,I shall behold him,but not high, there shall come a star out of Jacob, and a sceptre shall rise out of Israel........(Numbers 24:17)

But what does "star" got to do with Jesus?

The star in the verses refers to the Ursa Major constellation.
Ursa Major is also translated into "Big Bear"The Aramaic word for Jesus name "Eesho" are most probably come from the root word"Eesh" which is also a reference to the constellation of the bear.Therefor Jesus name is similiar in the Quran descriptions.

The Hebrew word"Yeshua"doesn't mean "saviour".It's mean"The one whom is saved".Thus, if Christians use the word "Yeshua",it doesn't fit the description where he was put on the cross, but most likely fit what the Quran says,Jesus is being saved. Thus the word "Yeshua" is most likely used after Jesus crucifixion where people believe he isn't dead, but was raised up to the heavens.

Therefor,Jesus real name is "Eesho"or more specifically "Eesa"since the Northern Palestinian Jews pronounce the word "shin" as "seen".Thus,we can see that the Quran is actually using Jesus real name.
