I've been with my boyfriend for 8 months now. I love him, but I'm not sure if I am IN LOVE with him :( He is soooo respectable. I have trust issues when it comes to guys because of past relationships, but with him, I KNOW he would not hurt me. I really want to be in love with him, but I don't think that right now I am. Do you think it takes to for me to be IN LOVE with him? Has anyone been through this??? I NEED HELP!!!! :(

Is he your first love? Is so maybe you should tell him how you feel. Maybe even take a little break. If he isn't your first love then you should still tell him how you feel.

Anyway... I suggest depending on your age... Date around or take it slow. Just let the feelings happen... dont force it. Everything will come together naturally.
I also think... the heart must be broken several times inorder to know what is love from what we think is love.

I found out there's a difference between obsession and in love.
With my ex wife it was obsession, with my current wife she the last love of my life. At first I didn't know what to think because it felt different w/ my wife, like I loved her but wasn't in love with her. As time past I figured out the difference, between love and obsession.
I'm just glad I figured it out before I lost her.
Were newlyweds of 12 yrs. now.

get more intimate but ifyoure not ready dont do it especially if its your first because you'll regret it in the future.
