First search your heart to identify your weaknesses. Are you shy? Are you mean-spirited? Are you defensive? Do you try to be the center of attention? Be brutally honest with yourself. After you find the answer to your weaknesses, then work on them one at a time. You can't change your personality until you admit what is wrong with it. Thus, admitting your faults is the biggest step to overcoming the problem.

Personality is your trademark but there is always room for improvement. Strive to be a better person. Laugh at the world and with those around you. A lot of people have a hard time being happy but if you take it easy and with the right attitude you can conquer anything. Smile a lot! I hope these words help you.
