I really want to let my guy friend know my true feelings and that i love him but where do i start? How do i say it? I can't just blurt it out cos that will surely scare him off and we've known eachother a while now so i don't want to risk our friendship. We're both in our twenties so i want some ideas of how to go about this. How do you tell someone you're in love with them? Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreiciated!!

the first thing you have to do is to take some time out to think about how you would phrase your feelings to him if given the oppertunity...it may help to have a pen and paper readily available to work it out on paper, you may also be able to role play with a friend so you won't feel so unprepared once you actually tell him....once you have done this.....and there is an oppertunity for the two of you to be alone then ask him a basic queston to get into the topic you want to bring up like "hey so ans so have you ever liked someone that you had known fo a while and wanted to tell them how you felt but didn't want to jepoerdize the friendship? what do you think about that?" and he probably won't know that you a reffering to him in general....so get his feelings on how he views friends becoming more then friends and then go form there...i wish the best of luck! and i hope you can fullfill your hearts desire!!!

Just speaking from experience...don't tell him. Save yourself the heartbreak & humiliation in case he doesn't feel the same. If you guys are just friends try showing him in other ways that you're interested in him & see if he will be willing to go out on a date or open to the possibility of taking the friendship further.
Start inviting him out and ask him if he wants to catch a movie or dinner with him & then while you're out tell him that you value your friendship & your starting to develop feelings for him. Tell him care but don't say love. Before you do any of that probe a little to see if there are any other girl or girls that he may be interested in or is pursuing.

Why don't you guys and plan a date for the weeken.d Bring the subject up, but just go softly. Don't say too much and don't too little. And then once you sure he is listening and not ready to run off, tell him how you really feel. And the rest is up to him. I keep my fingers crossed for you guys!

I am 17 and i might not know much but start by saying you
your my bestfriend and i will always be no matter what
you say .But i been wanting to get this off my chest do you
like me for more than a bestfriend and if you dont that okay
and if he do just say i have been likeing you for a while .

Do it when you feel ready for it. Try to do it when you know that you won't be interrupted for a while, maybe ask him out on a date, or cook him a nice dinner at your place, create a romantic mood and strike when the time seems right.

Well tell him the truth.
Tell him what is that you love about him,and what it is that he does that makes you smile. You have a special place for him in your heart, so tell him that too. This is your chance to be opened with him. So take advantage of it.

Just start asking him questions like: what he looks for in a girl.. is he interested in someone now.. what if you told him you like him more than a friend.. and etc....

Tell him you have something you want to tell him when you are someplace romantic. Kiss him and than whisper to those three words. Go for it.
