physical exercise Is one of the best way, but not the best way to build confidence, cos there are many other ways to build confidence, like being happy and helping people tht are in need of your help.

The best way to build confidence is to believe in yourself, tell yourself that you are a good person. If you are scared to do something, acknowledge the fear and then do it anyway, the more often you do something the better you get at it and the easier it becomes to do until you no longer worry about doing it.

I think any type of exercise would build confidence if you really push yourself and feel better because of it. But may I suggest yoga because it is meant to relax, give you strength and flexibility as well as increase your balance, poise and grace. Running is also great and if you do it enough you get this great runners high. But really any type of exercise feels great afterwards I feel.

i dont kno if its the best, but its certainly good. when u work out, you relieve stress, you're body produces endorphins, which make u happy, plus u'll look and feel healthier (and leaner) so u'll probably feel better about urself
