I am a ballet dancer en pointe, and I would like to stretch my arches (in my feet). I would like to stregnhten them even more! I own 3 therabands- 1 silver, 1 blue, and 1 green. Any answers are really appreciated!

Yoga has some great exercises to strengthen your arches. http://www.yogajournal.com/ try this website. It allows you to search for poses that help with different areas of the body. That way you can search for poses that help specifically with arches.

Tiptoe to strengthen your arches. Try to pick up things like a towel with your toes.

i would research some yoga (the ultimate in stretching exercises) or talk to a yoga instructor.... good luck...

IF you were more water absorbant. you wouldn't need to strech at all..
