Suicide being a sin is just some peoples opinions and is not in the Bible.
You probably do not worship God because you have believed someone's lie about God, and about what he expects from you.
I do not know anyone who worships God and regrets it. There are millions who think they worship God, but are delusional. God loves you more than you will ever know. Why don't you give Him a chance to show you. You will not find out by listening to others.

The reason it is considered to be a sin is because it is wrong in Gods eyes to take a life, even that of our own.
Not everything we do is wrong as far as God is concerned, and it is just nature and the way we humans are.
What God gave us was choice, the choice to follow His way of life or not, that is our freedom.
Your opinion is not wrong, it may not be compatible with others, but it is your opinion and you are entitled to it, and if you choose not to see suicide as a sin that is your freedom of choice.
The problem with suicide is not only that it is taking a precious life, it is the fact that it is considered giving up.
Something I personally see as more sinful is the fact that other people surrounding a person with suicidal thoughts allow it to carry on and do not help that person. Depression can be lifted, I've been there, three times, and almost to breaking point, but you can pull yourself up and start again, it's just flippin hard work!
It is not just teenagers either, those that consider it the most seriously are probably more likely to be adults who see no real way out of their situation, many suicidal teenagers realise that things change as you get older.
As for it being a persons fault to have depression, it is absolutely not their fault, and depression is far from a sin! I'm sure God would be more angry at those who don't try to help someone who is depressed than He would be at the person who chose to end his/her life.
Christians do not believe depression is caused by demons, they understand it is a medical illness that can be treated, and that it is a problem that is difficult to cope with.
No Christian I know believes a quick prayer will sort out your life! Rather they believe that (even if you are not a believer) the fact that someone is taking time out to think positively for you can be of help emotionally, as well as it being a way of asking God to give you the strength to overcome your problems and find a way through it.

Does everyone who ends their own life have to come back here, Is there a chance that someone could miss father so much, realize what a mistake this place is and get back like that?
I believe in a spititual god of love who created our souls/ not human form is his image. The soul through free will choose to come to this place. This place is a test for the soul to decide if it wants to go back to father or choose dominion. The soul must continue to incarnate here until all lessons have been learned.
[If you end your life you will almost always have to come back because you are running away from some lesson. You will have to get the lesson some where. Where and when would you suggest? Those who love Father so much will have to help others get back to Him. They will stay here and do just that. They know how much Father loves his souls. How can they just turn thier backs and run???]

what's misguided if suicide is viewed as irrational? We human beings have forgot that "irrational" isn't synonyms with "incorrect". Rational would not skill perfect, irrational would not recommend incorrect. Its merely the case of logical and not logical. thoughts are no longer logical yet they are the certainty, they are what we experience. Rational shouldn't grow to be a manner and the stupid human hundreds shouldn't make it yet another trend like technology the place they make it limited. The Universe isn't a rational place, in basic terms human beings are rational, and individuals that are no longer ruined by way of society and its training are nonetheless comfortable in irrationality. artwork isn't rational, is there something incorrect with the artwork? What has rationality given us? Its good interior the sphere of technology yet its no longer needed that fact lies in the two of the climate.. those issues is all our concepts made cycle and we are working the race.. concepts instructions physique reacts.. and in between we watch.. we are our very own slaves. Suicide is neither rational nor irrational

I don't believe it is a sin, but rather an illness. When someone considers suicide (and I've been there), it is a sign that something is wrong with them. Whether that is a clinical depression or an inability to cope with the events of their lives, they need help.

it's just...wrong. but at the same time, i don't think that teenagers seriously understand the concept of suicide and death. the thing with it is...it's FINAL. and it is, in my strong opinion, the most selfish and weakest way out. when a person commits suicide, they pretty much take on the role of God. it isn't our choice when we die or not. i just think that people need to learn to handle their "big problems" rather than just off themselves.

Probably because suicide, like homicide, is the taking of a life.
I'm sure there's a more 'religious' explanation for suicide as a sin, but I don't have it. I tend to think more simply when it comes to things like that.

Well, first of all there is no sin. THat's a manmade concept.
The problem with suicide is that nothing improves for you after leaving physical form. You'll still be as depressed on the other side as you are this one. It's easier on this side of the event horizon to overcome it than after you leave physical form.

It is one of those unfortunate side-effects of claiming that killing is wrong.... since suicide is technically killing one's self.
There is of course the fact that suicide is an inherantly selfish act.... for while it relieves the self of responsibility, it does so by displacing that responsibility onto others who are still alive.... and thats not generally taken too well.
But mostly just because it became indirectly sinful by mistake....
