I would only like information on starter recipes and comments from people who've actually done oamc instead of people who google it. I can do that on my own.

I have just begun oamc and got advice from friends who have been doing it. They highly recommended "30 day gourmet". I bought their book and it gives plenty of instructions and recipes. What I have cooked so far was great and their instructions were right on. They also have a web site where you can get all the basic information and some free recipes. It's 30daygourmet.com
Like I said, I'm also a newbie, but so far, following their instructions, I am starting to get the hang of it and really like the convenience.

Darlin, if'n you do no longer opt for to cook dinner, why problem. bypass to Costco and purchase each thing already frozen which you will merely microwave. on the different hand, cooking could be large, large exciting. No job is greater appealing than serving a remarkable meal on your loved ones. Watch some Emeril stay shows. He makes cooking exciting, and maximum each thing is fairly hassle-free. Rachel Ray, (The Queen Of ingesting on my own) has large hassle-free recipes. so a procedures as freezing is going, if it rather is in basic terms in there for no greater effective than thirty days, an hassle-free ZipLoc bag will do. be useful and get as plenty air out of the bag as obtainable.

You need a good sized freezer first. The next step is to cook foods that freeze well in big quantities.
