If you're hungry, it's best to eat rather than starve yourself. I'm always reading conflicting reports about whether eating late at night is a good idea or not. If you're really pressed for time, try drinking a protein shake or something quick like that as you're running around, then maybe you'll be less hungry when you get home. It's better to try to eat something before you get to the point where you feel like you're starving.

If it's possible for you to snack on a few nuts, yogurt or raisins throughout the day that will help you not feel so starved by midnight. It's a good idea to eat a small meal even though it's late at night. It's not good for your body to not be recharged by the fuel, which is food. you would not run your car on vapors you would make sure it had plenty of gasoline. The same applies for the body it has to be fueled frequently throughout the day.

European people tend to eat a large meal at noon and a light supper later in the evening.Your schedule makes your diet hard to follow so when you wake up have a big breakfast, or a big lunch which will make it easy to get thru your school day.Take a couple power bars with you and snack on them on the way between classes. When you get home have a light meal like soup or salad before you turn in.

Definitely don't eat anything spicy because you could eventually end up with reflux problems. If you are very hungry I would suggest something light like peanut butter celery or cottage cheese and fruit.

no longer truly. Your body will use/save energy in accordance to average health and pastime. imagine in 24hr cycles round YOUR sleep agenda. in case you devour a similar volume of energy in that cycle, at random circumstances, they are going to all burn a similar way. One exception: it it oftentimes believed that foodstuff eaten interior an hour after an periods exercising consultation burns speedier because of body being in an amped up state of exercising. do basically not devour more beneficial to compensate.

You shouldn't starve yourself, but keep in mind that sleeping after eating causes weight gain.
