Testicular cancer is pretty rare for adults, and most men are 20-40 at diagnosis. However, anything is possible at any age for tumors. Why are you asking? If you have anything you can feel that's different in the testicular area, pain or other symptoms then you should bring it up with a doctor and be evaluated formally despite the rarity of it, both to be complete but also for your own peace of mind.

Yes, it's possible to avoid cancer with a very healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition.

We must avoid stressors. Stressors can be environmental, like viruses, heavy metals, pesticides, food additives, electromagnetic waves or pollution. They can be internal things like emotional or job stress, or poisonous people in our lives.

We must get exercise, and get adequate oxygen to our cells.

We must keep nutrients in our bodily reservoirs, so that the proper chemical reactions happen at the right time. The extra nutrients we need are vitamins, enzymes, minerals and phytonutrients.

Best of luck.
