For most girls, foreplay starts after you've had sex and continues until you've had it again. This includes the cuddling, the talking, the little email's throughout the day, the notes you leave in her car, all the little blah, blah, blahs that have nothing to do with actually touching her physically.
Girls are weird huh? But I'm a sucker for one..... Once you get in bed you'll see a difference.

Start reading some women's magazines, and Maxim Mag, because there are always tips on what women "really" like in bed. Sounds like it cant hurt your situation any. And, of course, practise make perfect, so.....practise practise practise! And you must also actually enjoy what you are doing in bed in order to be good at it!
