it depends on the person. reduced sodium salt usually is potassium chloride. if you think you eat too much salt, it's probably good to switch to half and half, or even no-salt salt.

Man, if you heed all the warning the medical people have issued, you would have no time at all for eating anything. I don't worry about malarkey like that. I do all things in moderation, and when I die, I die, that is all there is to it.There are so many things which can kill you, it is just not worth the effort thinking about it.
