What is the importance of sex education?

In the school-carefully of course.The kids will learn sex ed. some where.Better to learn it suppervised by a mature adult than in the backseat of a care where they can get pregnant or catch an std. Some kids don't learn it at home.I had several kids come to me and ask me.What,your mom and dad didn't talk to you about this?Better start early.Society doesn't care how old a kid is to 'teach' them sex.
