in the past i really wanted to learn farsi. I think its a beautiful language, and not as difficult as arabic. what i liked most was the poetry of those like Rumi, Omar Khayam etc.

Ive forgotten why I stopped studying, got busy,.most of the people i had a chance to communicate kind of turned me off 2 i guess.

i would be interested in learning at least the basics, mainly for linguistical reasons. I try to learn at least a bit of every indoeuropean language group, to compare and study the evolution of them better.

i think it would be wonderful if we could write our questions in Farsi because i have a lot of math questions which i find impossible to translate to English.Please e.mail me your suggestion.
