Try Beverley Hills Formula toothpaste, I've used it myself, you wont end up with film star's gleaming teeth, but you will be able to notice a subtle difference.

my dentist recommended colgate duraphat 2800 fluoride toothpaste.
it costs more than the others but works very well!!
