If you are asking which is better for your body, it is the ice cream because of the calcium. You could do an ice cream/alcohol drink if you wanted. After dealing with work and kids, I have to say the alcohol.

Depends on the day of the week. Sunday evening through Thursday, I'd go ice cream, Friday and Saturday, give me the alcohol.

IMHO ice cream is pure junk food. Sugar and chemicals. Anybody who puts ice cream into their bodies should reconsider what they are doing. As an alternative, such as for topping on apple pie, I prefer yogurt.
To address your question, small amounts of alcohol can be beneficial, helping prevent heart disease. I know of no benefits of any kind accruing from consuming ice cream.

Since I don’t drink that much I’d have to say a drink made with ice-cream. Its sounds so yummy.

Hi Loki, "Growing up" my mom would give us vanilla ice-cream with either "Creme-de-Mint" or "Kailua" drizzled over the top. That being said...must explain why I'm in AA! XOXO Moonpie P.S. I'll drink to that!

It's a tie! I'd never thought about it before, but it's a tie in my head! I have way more drinks with alcohol, but right now I want a chocolate milkshake!
