I don't have any fondue specific recipes for seafood but hope these help !

1.Take one can of cream of shrimp soup and add an 8 ounce package of cream cheese and melt in a double boiler until combined. Pour it into a hollowed out round loaf of crusty Italian or Dark Rye Bread. Also good with a variety of veggies but I prefer the bread.

2. Hot Crab Dip
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, drained
1/8 teaspoon Worcestshire
Dash of Tabasco
1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients in a shallow casserole and heat 1/2 hr for 30 mins. Serve with French bread.

3. Hot Shrimp Dip
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined and chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Old Bay TM seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In an 8x8 inch baking dish, combine shrimp, yellow onion, bell pepper, garlic, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and 3/4 cup of cheese. Mix well, use reserved 1/4 cup cheese to cover the top in an even layer.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with Pumpernickel bread cubes

Shrimp Fondue
INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch garlic salt
DIRECTIONS
Melt sour cream, cream cheese, shrimp soup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt over a low heat in a medium size pot. Cook until melted together and the mixture has a creamy texture. Pour mixture into a serving bowl. Serve hot.
If you want the cheese, just add 1/2 lb shredded swiss cheese
although this recipe is great the way it is.
