Defined as a cosmetic problem, cellulite is one of the most hated words in the English language. Cellulite causes dimpling in legs, buttocks, thighs, stomach and even arms. It can look unsightly and make you want to hide behind long pants and shirts if your case is severe.

Many people wonder what cellulite is exactly and it's nothing more than fat. Women and even some men have been praying for a miracle cure for cellulite for years, but nothing has come about. Though it may be unsightly, it's perfectly normal and many people have it.

But, if you're very worried about the cellulite you do have, the key to having firm legs is exercising. Though it probably won't erase all signs of cellulite from your body, exercise will tone you up and help to smooth out some of those hated bumps and lumps. Varying your exercise routine can help as well. Do cardio for at least 40 minutes a day and alternate in some weight lifting on different days. Lunges work well for thighs and buttocks if those are your problem areas.

Also, you've probably thought once or twice about buying one of those cellulite reducing creams you've seen in grocery stores but weren't sure if they actually worked, right? Well, the jury is still out on that one but some creams do have proven firming ingredients in them. So, if you have the money and want to try them, why not?

Spas offer treatments for cellulite as well. Some have massages that are supposed to rub your problem areas away while others have more advanced treatments to help tone and firm. These can often be pricey though they sometimes come with a money back guarantee. So, if you're really bothered by cellulite, there are options for you. Don't hide behind your clothes any longer and keep trying different things until you find the one that works for you!

I really hate the people who just respond to questions like this with, "Go excercise!" I've had cellulite since about 10 and I've never been more than a size 2. Cellulite does not automatically mean overweight.

That being said, I'm using the Vanish 8 system and am seeing small results. It isn't anything amazing, but it makes me feel better that some of it is going away.

NO! Don't waste your money! Save it and try a dermatologist. They may have surgical procedures that will help if you are really set on getting rid of the cellulite.

Some creams may improve the condition slightly, but only after continued use, about a years time. The only way to remove them or have it eliminated would be through plastic surgery. There are various techniques available today. There are non-surgical procedures available also. Good luck.

Eruption of pimples has no connection with age. Due to hormonal imbalance or any other factor you could be prone to pimples even at the age of 45. I could suggest some home remedy as you are just 13. Make a pack with powdered masoor dal, curd and juice of neem leaves, apply it on face for 20 minutes and let it dry. Wash off with water. It is very effective in dealing with pimples.
