Why on earth are there two bridal showers?
If you have to go to both, I'd buy two small (very small) gifts.

There is no requirement, you do NOT have to attend BOTH showers.

I know people in the wedding party that could not attend the bridal shower. They are still alive and friends with the bride today, so it isn't detrimental that you appear at both showers.

It would be nice and supportive if you DID appear at both. If you do go to both you don't need a gift for each shower.

If you are part of the bridal party, you are obligated to go to both bridal showers. Normally, I would say just choose one. What you can do is buy a two-part gift and give one half for the first shower and the other for the second.

The answer is that you should attend both bridal showers, however, one gift can be the one that you really want to give the couple, the other can be a token gift - like a mini-chopper for $10, a set of dish towels for about $6 for two, a picture frame from Michael's using the coupon for about $8. That way you won't feel that you are being taken advantage of and will still feel like you are full filling your duties as an attendant.

you're actual surprising. Attending a bridal bathe means which you convey a latest, thats what showers are for. the marriage does no longer mean a latest, yet few visitors might come to a marriage empty surpassed. So, you will possibly want a latest for the marriage, too. A stagette party does no longer mean presents. yet, if the hosts are hoping people to convey undies (rude i think of), you will possibly be able to experience out of place and not making use of a latest. it is all somewhat plenty, i think of. you need to basically be invited to a minimum of one bathe. The bride ought to be sure you werent invited to the two. yet, she didnt. so which you would be able to decline one and attend the different. As for the stagette, ask the host what is going on and the expenses in contact so which you would be able to come to a decision in case you will attend or no longer.

YOU must attend all showers if you are part of the bridal party;
the good news is you only have to bring one gift for all of the showers.

You're supposed to attned both bridal showers for her since you're in the wedding unless it would be hard for you to attend. i.e. You live in New Jersey and the bridal shower is in California. However, you only have to give one gift.

It is incorrect for a bride to have more than one shower that invites the same people. EG, a work shower with just co-workers, a friends shower, a family shower, etc. If by some stroke of horrible luck, you wind up at more than one, one gift for the shower you qualify for the most is sufficient. Showers are just legitimized gift-grabs.

The bridal party usually does attend all showers.
The bride and grooms mom attends both also.

I would go to both but in for the second shower I would give her just a card with a note, stating that you could just not afford two gifts. Or be extremely Ill for one of them
